Enjoy the Moab outdoors in this large 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome, conveniently located just a six minute drive from downtown Moab. The home features a second level deck perfect for enjoying the surrounding views. Our well-appointed townhome is all about its central location which provides ideal access to all of the area attractions - National Parks, mountain biking and hiking trails, OHV trails and one-of-a-kind scenery.

Our home features a fully-stocked kitchen, gas fireplace, dining room and wrap around patio with gas grill and second level deck with amazing views! You'll be immersed in the unique Red Rock and Slick Rock topography giving you a sense of the wide-open Wild West that Moab is so famous for. Get your insta-worthy videos and photos while taking in the natural beauty of the setting :)

The home has the perfect configuration for multiple families or groups. Prepare meals together in the fully equipped kitchen and dine with ample seating inside or outside on the large patio. Enjoy outstanding views throughout the home and especially from the 2nd floor patio. Relax and enjoy a cup of freshly ground local coffee (provided) or a cold beverage in the evening while taking in the breathtaking views.

Relax and unwind on the cool desert nights and enjoy stargazing in the private hot tub, located just outside the downstairs bedroom. The townhome's southwest style and natural finishes are a perfect compliment to the Moab landscape. The layout and bed configuration is ideal for multiple families or groups of friends with 3 large bedrooms, each with their own full bathroom! That's right, 3 MASTER SUITES!

You'll be located just steps away from the Moab golf course, open year round. You will not find a more scenic course! Experience the epic beauty and book a round during your stay!

Guests have access to a one-car garage and driveway for parking during their stay. While trailers/ATV's are not allowed to be parked in the driveway per the HOA, there is plenty of parking along the curb near the townhome for trailers, extra vehicles and UTV/ATV's.
