This luxurious apartment, run by York Stay Holidays, has been renovated to the highest standards. It is bright and airy with high ceilings and set in a quiet location in an elegant Victorian building with the best views of York Minster in the block. It is a ground floor apartment with a large lounge/dining room, separate fully equipped kitchen, bathroom (not ensuite), bedroom with UK king-sized bed and WIFI.

The apartment is located just a few minutes' walk from Goodramgate (which is one of the main entrances into the City) and about 5 minutes from York Minster and the famous Shambles and yet set in a quiet location. The nearest Airport in Leeds Bradford and it is a 5minute taxi ride or 20 minute walk from York Station.

Self check-in available via a key safe to allow arrival time flexibility.

KITCHEN

The kitchen, with its powder blue accessories is equipped with everything you need to make you feel at home. There is a built in washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven and plus there is a Nespresso coffee machine and pods. There is an induction hob (which may affect pacemakers so do check) and an oven.

LOUNGE/DINER

In the lounge there is a comfortable sofa and separate chair with foot stall, there is a glass table and dining chairs and a fire-place. The smart tv and catch up TV is available and there is a blue tooth speaker which allows you to play music from your phone.

BEDROOM

The bedroom has a luxurious king-sized bed with crisp Egyptian cotton bedding and soft white towels are provided. There are USB charger sockets in the bedroom to charge phones and tablets without needing a plug. There is also a hairdryer provided and water bottles.

BATHROOM

The bathroom has a good-sized bath with a shower overhead with a heated towel rail and toiletries provided.

OTHER INFORMATION

There is high-speed free WIFI throughout the apartment.

This apartment is suitable for short and long stays.

We supply tea, coffee, coffee pods, milk sachets and biscuits for you to enjoy!

The owners have extensive knowledge of York and the surrounding areas and ensure that guests have up-to-date tourist information sent in available of their trip.

Getting around

It's easy to get around York by foot, it's a small City and most of the attractions are within walking distance of each other. There is an excellent sightseeing tour bus which allows you to hop on and off all day plus there is an excellent local bus service. Taxis can be easily booked and the train station is about a 20 minute walk from the apartment if you intend to explore some of the surrounding areas such as Knaresborough, Harrogate, Whitby and Scarborough.

How do damage deposits work?
