Description

The JH Pine is centrally located in the Black Hills on Edelweiss Mountain near beautiful Pactola Reservoir just off of Hwy 385. The central location puts you within 30 minutes of most of the major attractions in the Black Hills.

This cozy cabin is just right for 2 couples or a small family.

Living room with satellite tv and a cozy fireplace. The bedrooms both have a queen bed and there is an air mattress for an extra bed.

It has a screened in porch so you can enjoy the outdoors even if it is raining.

There is a propane grill on the deck.

Close to atv trails and hiking trails.

The beds will be made with extra linens and towels.

Getting around

The Rapid City airport is 40 miles from our office it will take approximately 50 minutes to get here. There is 3 miles of gravel to home. It is a maintained road but in the summer it can be dusty. Once you are on Highway 385 that runs north and south through the hills it is easy to find your sightseeing destination.

Interaction with guest

We are here to meet you at our office on arrival. We will give you a map and key to the home. We are here if you need anything and it is just 10 minutes to our office. We offer guided Atv tours through Black Hills Outdoor Fun and you can find reviews on trip advisor. You also receive 20% off the tour for staying with us. Our home is legal to rent in the county and we have all licenses and permits. We treat you like we liked to be treated on vacation.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
