Luxury lake house on tranquil Panther Pond available for year-round vacation rental. Enjoy swimming, kayaking, fishing, boating, and relaxing with friends and family on 2+ acres of secluded lake front property and more than 200 feet of pristine waterfront.

Everything about this property is BRAND NEW for 2017! We built this property from the ground up with: a beautiful, luxury, custom home; extensive landscaping throughout the property; brand new furniture and linens; and professional decorating by My Sister's Garage (check out their page for some great videos and details on our design transformation). We spent years doing research and renting properties in the region ourselves and have worked tirelessly to make Raymond Retreat a luxurious escape above and beyond your typical rental camp.

House Details:

The house has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and sleeps up to 14. The floor-to-ceiling picture windows overlooking the water offer incredible views of Panther Pond in every season. There are also full or partial views of the lake from almost every room in the house due to our position on a peninsula. The house is just steps away from the waterfront and the lot slopes gently down to the fire pit and dock for easy access to the lake.

Water Frontage and Entry:

The water near the property is very clear and free of weeds and excellent for swimming or boating. There is a sandy bottom that starts at wading depth by the shore and gradually deepens to about 6 feet deep at the end of the dock. In addition, we have a small sandy area next to the dock, with granite steps as an additional entry point into the water.

Please Note: Our property turnover day is on Fridays during peak season, which means check-in and checkout times will only be scheduled on Fridays. This allows our housekeeping staff to dedicate their full effort to ensuring Raymond Retreat is in excellent condition for the next renter, rather than rushing to turn over multiple properties on Saturday.
