Set in the peaceful Dalfaber area very close to the MacDonald Spey Valley Golf and Country Club on the outskirts of Aviemore ( 20 mins ) Dalfaber House offers stunning views across the beautiful Speyside countryside and surrounding woodland. It is set close to the River Spey offering many riverside and woodland walks.

With spacious and beautifully presented rooms, including a large open plan living area on the first floor, a cosy lounge with fireplace and three double bedrooms (1 x ensuite) Dalfaber House is ideal for a family break, a luxury golf holiday, or to sample the many outdoor activities that Aviemore and the surrounding areas have to offer.

Golf: Discounted golf available at MacDonald Spey Valley Championship 18 Hole Golf Course.

Cycling on and off road is a great way to get around and keep fit with National Cycle Network route 7 and sections of the Speyside Way suitable for cycling along with the many forestry trails and tracks. Bikes or electric bikes can be hired too locally.

“Dalfaber House, Aviemore”

Nice modern house set on the edge of a wooded golf course. Well furnished with a decent range of crockery, bedding etc making for a very happy family holiday The owner, Kev, is helpful and responsive without being intrusive. .It's about 1.5 miles or so from the centre of Aviemore. Aviemore itself has all necessary shops, places to eat and of course it's in an outstanding area of natural beauty. All in all highly recommended.

“We loved it .”

This is a lovely spacious modern house in a residential area of Aviemore . Once inside it feels like you are in the countryside as the majority of the windows face the back garden which looks out onto a wooded area with the golf course behind . All the basics are provided like cling film , tin foil , dishwasher tablets , freezer packs etc and this was much appreciated. The upstairs lounge is amazing to relax in of an evening and the variety of board games provided is excellent. The master bedroom bed could probably benefit from a new mattress or a mattress topper but this is a minor issue and in no way affected our enjoyment . The house has a nice ambiance and we all felt very much at home in it from the start . We have stayed in other houses in and around Aviemore but this was definitely the best and we plan to return next year .
