Description

Classic 1910 Santa Fe bungalow that has been lovingly restored and professionally decorated with beautiful Southwestern décor. When you visit Santa Fe, you will be enchanted by the endless array of activities downtown. This two bedroom, one and a half bath property is a short stroll from the historic Santa Fe Plaza as well as Canyon Road, where you can find endless gift shops, galleries and restaurants.

Find all the comforts of home in this wonderful Santa Fe vacation rental. The home has diamond plaster finish, wood and brick floors and a lush garden. The formal living room upstairs includes beautiful hardwood floors, a marvelous kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances as well as a formal dining room.

Down the stairs from the dining room, you will find a cozy den with fireplace, brick floors and comfortable sitting area around the TV. There you will also find two bedrooms with king and queen beds, fabulous linens and décor. For the occasional over-night guest the den has a comfy sofa bed.

Let's not forget the beautiful patio and garden which you access from the den. There is a flagstone patio with market umbrella for outdoor dining and to enjoy the lush garden. This home is perfect if you are looking for a quick getaway to enjoy all the splendors of our City Different!

Response from the manager We appreciate your feedback. When we were advised about the TV/Internet, we immediately sent our IT man to investigate. As with any cable company, it was not an immediate fix and for this we apologize since this was under the control of the cable company. When we found out the heat was on, we immediately sent our vendor to correct the situation and it was a faulty valve that triggered the heat in the bedrooms downstairs. As we tell each guest and prospective caller, the property does not have central a/c but only the a/c unit upstairs. We took all the necessary steps to ensure you had corrective action. We are happy to offer you a 10% discount on your next visit to Santa Fe. (certain homes will apply)
