59 east 100 south downtown Kanab. With Wifi internet. You will enjoy the privacy under a blanket of trees and 2 large fish ponds in a comfortable setting. The rooms are spacious and inviting. With continental breakfast for each person.

Brookside Cottage BnB is located in beautiful downtown Kanab. There are several restaurants and shops within walking distance. This elegant cottage with 1 queen bed and a loveseat lets you relax in style. There is a sm fridge and microwave, Includes a rainfall shower and french doors that open up to the tree covered garden and pond with a waterfall. The rate for this singel queen room is $125.00 plus tax. Continental breakfast is also included in the room rate. I also own and operate a Jeep Tour business that takes you into some of Southern Utah's magnificent slot canyons, for more information we can, arrange for a tour after you've booked, I have a package deal that includes discount for a 3 hour Jeep Tour when you stay at my BnB. If interested, inquire for more details! I very much enjoy meeting new people and sharing experiences and hope to get the privilege to accommodate you in the near future! wifi also.
