The guesthouse is detached from the main home. Relax poolside and watch the sun set, or take a refreshing dip in the pool. Boat, fish, swim or picnic at nearby lakes. Hike, bike or nature watch at nearby parks. Very close to Sun City and an easy commute to historic Georgetown Square.

The opened floor plan is filled with natural light. Enjoy your coffee, hot chocolate, tea, or favorite beverage while watching the beautiful views of nature. Dine or have sweet dreams poolside. A great pitstop between destinations. Best stay-cation option. Need a peaceful place to work...Peaceful Retreat is your office away from the office. It is also your home away from home. A cozy retreat for Winter Texans.

Guests will have sole access to the entire detached, private and secured apartment, inclusive of bedroom, bath, living room and kitchen. Take a relaxing dip into the pool.

My husband and I are hard working, honest people. Some of our favorite international vacations were those in Barbados, Canada and Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. In the U.S., the only place we would rather be is at our retreat. When we are not entertaining our family and friends, we share our retreat with wonderful travelers. Your privacy will be respected. The shades, blinds and/or draperies in the rear of the main house will be closed during your stay. If you need us, call, text or email. There is a binder on the kitchen counter with pertinent information regarding the guesthouse and area.We are dedicated to greeting our guests personally, however, we also have a smart lock for self check-in, when needed.

Rose and Chris are awesome host. The space is beautiful, very spacious and anything you might need during your stay, they have already stocked in the apartment. They have amazing views of the stars.

How do damage deposits work?
