Description
Ewe Bach cottage is a beautiful holiday cottage converted from what was once part of an old shipping set nestled in the grounds of the owner’s home which, remains a working small holding.
Situated within the beautiful hills of North Wales on the outskirts of
the small village of Berthengam it overlooks the River Dee Estuary to the Wirral beyond.
This cottage consists of one double bedroom with a Super King bed that can be seperated into two single beds on request, a small living room with a large two seater sofa, coffee table and Smart TV located upstairs.
On the ground floor, there is a kitchen, a table that seats two people and a Smart TV. It also has a modern bathroom which has a shower enclosure, sink and toilet.
The Kitchen is well equipped with a, Fridge with small freezer compartment, induction Hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine.
Bed Linen, towels, electric and central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking.
Laundry Room is located next to the holiday cottages consisting of Washing Machines And Tumble dryers for guests to use.
Outside the cottage there is a coffee table, two chairs, and a BBQ.
Off road parking is allocated to the front of your cottage.
Our cottages are a perfect place to stay for a relaxing break and for walkers and cyclists (cycle store available).
We are in an ideal location just 10-minute drive from Talacre and the coastal town of Prestatyn with a great choice of independent shops and places to eat and drink along with a shopping park.
There is also a five mile stretch of a sandy beach and an indoor swimming pool and children’s leisure facility is located on the beachfront in the coastal town of Prestatyn.
With the A55 just a 5-10-minute drive it is easy to visit The Historic towns of Chester, Llandudno and Conwy all within a 30-minute drive and Snowdonia National Park and Betws Y Coed are only an hour’s drive away with the many activities they offer.
There are cycle routes and places to walk such as the Offa’s Dyke, Clwydian Range, North Wales coastal path and a choice of Links and Heathland golf courses are nearby as well as Gyrn Castle fishery which is just a 5-minute drive away.

“fantastic stay at ewe bach cottage”
what a fantastic cottage Michelle was there to welcome us and show us around ewe bach cottage fell in love with it when we walked in through the door it was fantastic we had a lovely lemon drizzle cake fresh eggs and a lovely bunch of flowers on arrival which was a lovely touch thanks Michelle the cottage was so comfy we could have stayed there all day the view from the cottage was lovely we could see for miles on a clear day didn't want to leave but will certainly be back again soon

“A beautiful cottage with a quality finish.”
Ewe Bach Cottage is located in a peaceful rural location. It is part of a farm building converted to cottages in 2017. The conversion has been done to a high standard with good quality modern fittings. We received a warm welcome from Michelle. The cottage is within easy reach of the coastal resorts of Rhyl and Llandudno and there is local access to the railway which runs from Chester along the coast.
