Description

This is a large studio, on the second story, with plenty of closet space & its own bathroom. It's a very tranquil setting overlooking the front yard on one side & the gently rolling hills on the other. There's a Queen size bed that can sleep 2. In addition, a very comfortable Queen size air bed can sleep 2 more.

Getting around

A free shuttle connects our area & the Pleasant Hill BART station. From there you can directly reach Lafayette & Orinda in 10 mins; Berkeley/Oakland area in 15; Downtown San Francisco in 35; and SFO in 1.5 hours; Oakland Airport is 40 minutes away, but you'll have to change trains midway. The same station serves the Oakland Coliseum where you can see concerts & shows, the Oakland Raiders, the Oakland A's, & The World Champion Golden State Warriors! All this excitement is less than an hour away.

We'll meet you on arrival, and introduce ourselves & the house. We're always available to accommodate our guests in anyway we can. Whether it's transportation, sightseeing, outdoor activities, excursions, etc...we'd be delighted to share our knowledge of the area to help make your stay with us as memorable as possible.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
