CANCELLATION POLICY: 100% of paid prepayments are refundable when cancelled 90 days before arrival or earlier. 50% of paid prepayments are refundable when cancelled 60 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if cancelled after. Early departure constitutes a cancellation and will not be refunded. Holiday's reservations from December 20th-January 4th are non refundable.

“Lovely spacious condo with great views”

Well stocked condo in a great location with a short walk to the beach and to Buzzards restaurant. Easy drive into San Jose, which is well worth a visit. The only reason we'd give it a 9/10 was… More

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
