Description

This cabin sleeps 6 - has a queen size bed, two twin beds, and a queen pull out couch, full kitchen, shower, BBQ grill, Picnic table, heat & air on each side.  Each side can be reserved separately.  It also has a large covered front porch.

This cabin includes the following:

Fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, cookware, dishes and utensils to prepare meals.

BBQ pit (charcoal) and picnic table with grilling utensils.

Covered front porch with patio furniture to sit, chit chat, read or just do absolutely nothing but enjoy the beautiful Texas Hill Country views!

Each bed has a quilt, pillow(s) and a mattress pad.  You must BRING your own sheets (Queen, 2 Twins, & Queen Sleeper Sofa) and Towels.

Free Wi-Fi – Country Wifi is for basic texting b/c phone service is not always great.  It is not intended for working or downloading music/movies.  A Hill Country vacation is known to be relaxing because you are able to disconnect from the world.

Getting around

Only 2 miles - There is Happy Hollow tube rentals & shuttle. You take a right out of property & You park there and they shuttle you for tubing. Only 2 miles - The Washbarn is open 24 hrs - 7 Days a week, you take a left out of the property & it is on the right. 1/2 mile to Buckhorn Bar & Grill For your convenience, there is a binder in the cabin with a map of all river access and parking details.

Interaction with guest

Cabins all have a digital keypad (code is provided to you as your stay comes near) so you can conveniently let yourself in, no key required. We like to give our guests privacy and will not be on the property all the time, however we are available when needed so do not hesitate to contact us.
