Experience a stunning boutique hotel ambiance far away from the maddening crowds. You will have your own studio apartment with your own private entrance. There is a shared courtyard with a gorgeous pool, and a rooftop terrace with a beautiful view of the ocean. You will be steps away from the white sandy beach and clear emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Your casita has its own pergola covered private entrance, Queen bed, fully equipped kitchen & bath. Netflix, WiFi & A/C INCLUDED. Sleeps 2
Casita Las Palmas at Casa Preciosa is a brand new studio rental casita in the sleepy little fishing village of Chuburna Puerto, Yucatan. We are just 20 minutes from the Port of Progreso and 35 minutes from the beautiful colonial city of Merida. We are one house away from the entrance to the beach!! Covered parking included. We also have Casita Las Brisas for rent, which also accommodates 2 guests, so if you are 4 people, you can rent them together!

If Paula and Jack (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
