This lovely, detached cabin is located in the village of Llangynog and can sleep two people in one bedroom.River's Nook is a charming detached cabin in the village of Llangynog just thirteen miles from Bala. The cottage sleeps two people and has one double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is off road parking for one car and a patio with furniture and separate lawn. Situated amidst the Berwyn Mountains, River's Nook is a lovely cabin for a romantic break exploring this lovely part of the country, with walks all around. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome.
Amenities: Electric storage heaters and electric heater. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, TV with Freeview, CD/radio, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Lockable bike storage. Patio area with furniture and separate lawned area overlooking the River Tanat. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2.5 miles, pubs 2 mins walk. Note: There is an unfenced river nearby, children to be supervised. Note: Mobile phone reception can be limited, there is a landline phone for emergency calls only.
Region: Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.
Town: The pleasant village of Llangynog lies in breathtaking countryside amidst the beautiful Berwyn Mountains and surrounding wooded hills and valleys. The area has a history of lead, silver and slate mining dating back to the 17th Century but today it is a renowned location for climbing, birdwatching, walking and cycling, with famous mountain bike trails near Dolgellau, and a mountain bike centre at Llandegla.
