A mid-terrace cottage in the centre of Guisborough in Yorkshire that can sleep four people in two bedrooms.White Rose Cottage is a mid-terrace cottage in Guisborough, Yorkshire. It has a king-size bedroom and a twin as well as a family bathroom, it can sleep four people. It also comes with a kitchen diner and a sitting room. Outside is roadside parking and a yard to the back of the house with table and chairs. White Rose Cottage is a charming house in a delightful location.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven and electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, Netflix and Virgin media, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Roadside parking in front of property, first come first served basis. Enclosed yard to rear with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Shop 4 mins walk, pub 2 mins walk. This property can only accept bookings starting on a Friday unless prior agreement. Please contact office if you require a different start date.
Region: The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.
Town: Guisborough is an market town set in rural surroundings on the edge of the North York Moors National Park. Steeped in history, Guisborough is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and the town's most notable feature is Gisborough Priory; standing in full glory, to its original height of 97 feet, the dramatic gothic east gable towers high over the market town and has become a well-known icon of the town. This small town has twice-weekly market days, a selection of eateries, pubs and shops. Around Guisborough sits Guisborough Forest; visitors can enjoy a variety of activities, including walking and cycling and take in views over the Tees Valley and Eston Hills. The trail of the Cleveland Way passes close by, whilst nearby Roseberry Topping is well worth the climb to take in the views. An easy thirty minute drive brings you to the Heritage Coastline, with historic villages and resorts, including Staithes, Saltburn and Whitby to enjoy.
