This barn conversion is situated in the village of Ty Nant, near Corwen, and can sleep five people in two bedrooms.New Barn Conversion is a heart warming cottage resting near the village of Corwen in Denbighshire. Hosting two bedrooms; a family room with a double and single, and a mezzanine with a king-size bed, as well as a family bathroom, this property can sleep up to five people. Inside you will also find an open plan living area with sitting room and wood burner, kitchen and dining area with breakfast bar. To the outside is off road parking and an out building with a cloakroom and utility. There is a lawned garden with furniture, barbecue and a hot tub. Situated in a countryside setting and close to scenic attractions, New Barn Conversion is a charming cottage in a heart warming part of Wales.

Amenities: Ground source central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV, WIFI, selection of books, games. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Off road parking for 3 cars. Lawned garden with furniture, BBQ and private hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2.5 miles. Note: Check out time is 10am and check in time is 4pm. Note: This property has a refundable good housekeeping bond of £150.00, which will be pre-authorised on your payment card at the time of booking, for bookings from 9th January 2020 onward. Please Note: To allow for cleaning measures, the hot tubs will be out of use from 12.30pm on the last full day of your stay for maintenance and cleaning. Towels are not provided at this property, please bring your own thank you

Town: Set in the Clwydian Range and Dee Valley Area is the North Wales market town of Corwen. Boasting local amenities including a butchers, greengrocers, bakeries and a selection of pubs, cafe's, restaurants and a leisure centre. For scenic views, a journey on the Llangollen Heritage Steam Railway is a great choice. The historical town of Ruthin and the town of Bala, with its celebrated lake and watersports, are also close by.
