This cottage is situated in the village of Derwen near Ruthin, and can sleep two people in one bedroom.Aber Clwyd Manor is a lovely property situated in the village of Derwen in Debighshire. Hosting one bedroom, and a bathroom, this property can sleep up to two people. Inside you will also find an open plan sitting and dining area, a lounge, cloakroom, kitchen, and utility area. To the outside, is off road parking for two cars and a lawned garden with furniture. Located in a rural area, with scenic routes, Aber Clwyd Manor is a wonderful cottage in a peaceful part of Wales.
Amenities: Oil central heating with wood burning stove. Electric oven and electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed courtyard with greenery, water features and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 3 miles.
Region: Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.
Town: The rural village of Derwen is surrounded by countryside, farmland, wooded hills and the Clwydian and Berwyn Mountains. Close by, is Ruthin with its half-timbered buildings around St Peter's Square. Shops and buildings and the Ruthin Craft Centre, which houses work by internationally recognised artists is well worth a visit. Lakes Bala and Brenig, Moel Famau, Loggerheads Country Park and Llandegla and Clocaenog Forests are also nearby.
