Description

The Vestry is a spacious house situated in a beautiful village and lots of country walks and river walks. Situated next door to The Old Vicarage and neo Norman Church built 1854. There is a very large front garden for private use for croquet, swings and garden games. The accommodation is 5 star self catering, clean and comfortable with linen and towels provided, underfloor heating, great views, very quiet. Located a mile from A1 for easy access throughout North Yorkshire Dales for days out. Walking distance to local market town of Boroughbridge with Delis, cafes and shops.

There is a bus which comes to Roecliffe and you can catch trians from York, Harrogate and Thirsk. A car is recommended for this property.

Interaction with guest

The Vestry is a self contained house with it's own parking and private entrance. Whilst we live next door and will be around to assist you with any questions you will barely know that we are there. There is a huge front garden with swings and various options of games such as badminton, croquet, football entirely for your private use.

Whilst there is a very large front garden to play and explore and two private sitting areas at the back to enjoy the views, the back garden, vegetable garden and yards to the right of the Vicarage are not to be used.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Carolyn (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
