This detached cottage is situated in the village of Builth Wells near Llandrindod and can sleep two people in one bedroom.Penylodge is a detached cottage located in the village of Builth Wells in Powys. Hosting one double bedroom and a shower room, this property can sleep up to two people. Inside you will also find an open plan living area with kitchen, breakfast bar and sitting area. To the outside is off road parking for one car and an enclosed decked garden with furniture. Situated in a beautiful area and surrounded by views, Penylodge is a delightful retreat in a lovely part of Wales.

Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. TV with Freeview and projector screen, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent, bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Enclosed decked garden with furniture and hot tub. First floor balcony with furniture. One well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 6 mins walk. Note: Sloping ceiling in bedroom.

Region: Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Town: The Mid-Wales market town of Builth Wells, home to the very popular annual Royal Welsh Show, is the base for many collectors fairs and craft stores, as well as a range of other shops and pubs. The town has an 18-hole golf course and a sports centre, and is also home to the Wyeside Arts Centre which offers a cinema in addition to many live shows. The area has many walking and cycling routes, and is also good for pony trekking, or a short drive further afield brings you to the Bannau Brycheiniog National Park (Brecon Beacons) and the wonderful Black Mountains.

“Comfortable and clean”

We had a very comfortable stay. Good location for the towns pubs and restaurants. Lovely walks with the dog. Gill and Ian are a lovely couple and very helpful. We plan to stay in 2018
