An end-terrace cottage in the seaside town of Scarborough in North Yorkshire, it can sleep four *********. 1 Kelly Cottages is an end-terrace cottage based in the town of Scarborough in North Yorkshire. It has two bedrooms including a king size zip/link and a double room, there is also a family bathroom, the cottage can sleep four people. Also inside there is a kitchen and a living dining room with a electric fire. Outside there is a back yard with a table, chairs and lockable storage. Roadside parking near to the property and in the surrounding streets, available on a first come first served basis and scratchcard permits are provided for one car only. Additional permits can be purchased from the owner. No. 1 Kelly Cottages is a fantastic cottage in a great seaside location.
Amenities: Nest system that operates the gas central heating, electric fire. Gas oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso Machine, fridge/freezer, washing machine, Smart TV with Freeview and BT Vision, DVD, WIFI, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Roadside parking near to the property and in the surrounding streets, available on a first come first served basis and scratchcard permits are provided for one car only. Additional permits can be purchased from the owner. Lockable storage. Back yard with furniture. Sorry no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 minute walk, beach 10 minute walk.
Region: The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.
Town: The town of Scarborough has fine buildings, parks and gardens, as well as a castle. North Bay and South Bay provide two beaches, popular with families and children. There is child friendly activities and visitor attractions including the Stephen Joseph Theatre, Scarborough Spa and Scarborough Open Air Theatre. Scarborough is a great location for outdoor activities, with golf courses, coastal walks, cycle routesy, sailing and surfing. Add to this the seaside entertainment and promenades located close to the beach and Scarborough is the destination with something for everyone. Ideally situated for touring the coastline and the moors, Scarborough is an ideal base for a fun-filled break.
