Secluded Pine Acres sits on 3 peaceful acres covered with abundant trees, only minutes to town and Rocky Mountain National Park. This 3000 square foot home has an open floor concept with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The highlight of the house is the sun room with passive solar. The open kitchen space has 2 dining areas. Enjoy the hot tub that seats 6 while cooking on the gas grill. A great place to bring the whole family with plenty of space, indoor and outdoor games and toys.

The main living area offers a daybed with trundle or the sun room has a sleeper sofa for more options on sleeping arrangements during warmer weather. The master bedroom has a private loft perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or just a place to get away. The sun room is a great place to relax, with the doors open the cross breeze is keeps the room comfortable.

**New for 2023** sun room has new blinds to help keep the home cool in the summer. Kitchen has been updated with granite countertops and a new electric fireplace beside the dinning room table.

This home is fully stocked with bed linens, towels, extra blankets, soaps and shampoo. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could want has pots, pans and dishes plus silverware. A standard coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock pot too. 2 refrigerators and 2 ovens. A washer and dryer with laundry pods to use.

Wood burning fires/ fire pits are not allowed on the property, there is a propane fire table outside and a electric fireplace in the main living area.

No Smoking, No pets, No events, this home is approved for 8 people no other people should be in the home.

Rocky Mountain National Park will implement another pilot temporary timed entry permit reservation system from May 24 through October 20, 2024. If you plan on visiting Rocky Mountain National Park during your stay please visit their website for details about reservations.

We do not allow charging of any EV's at this property with out discussion and written permission by the Property Managers. Any violation of this policy will result in loss of security deposit.

Getting around

Transportation is limited in Estes Park if you do not come in your own vehicle. There is a free shuttle service during the summer months, there is a cab service year round. Uber has not made it here yet. During peak season (summer and early fall) traffic is heavy. Sorry but yes we do have some road construction going on. Improvements are a good thing. Trail Ridge Road is the highest paved road in the country, but it is not open through to Grand Lake once the snow falls. Usually open between Memorial Weekend and Mid October.
