This cozy creekside duplex is located in East Vail in the Gore Creek Meadows Community and is a short drive to Vail Village. Offering a bright and spacious floor plan that sleeps 8 very comfortably. As you enter the unit you are met with the main living area featuring a high ceiling, large windows, wood burning fireplace and flat screen TV. There is also a guest bathroom on this level.

Adjacent to the living room is the gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, state of the art appliances, and dining table that seats 8, there are also two stools at the kitchen bar. Just off the dining area you can step out onto the large deck and admire a panoramic view of the mountainscapes. The deck is also equipped with a table, chairs and gas grill. From the deck you can take a stroll along the creek and walk to the free shuttle.

There is a guest bedroom on the main floor set with a king bed. Make your way up the stairs to find the first guest bedroom with queen bed. The second guest bathroom is located next to it with shower/tub combo. Down the hall is the full-sized washer/dryer for your convenience. On the left is the second guest bedroom with a set of twin/twin bunk beds and another twin bed. At the end of the hall is the master bedroom complete with king bed, flat screen TV, and en-suite bathroom. It also has its own mountain facing deck, a perfect place for a quiet retreat to sip morning coffee. In the summer, leave the sliding door open and enjoy the bustling sounds of the Gore Creek running just outside. The master bathroom is equipped with dual sinks and a beautiful standalone glass shower, as well as a walk-in closet.

Don't want to cook? Enjoy drinks and dining at the Vail Racquet Club just around the corner! This beautiful property has everything you need to make your next vacation a memorable one. There is even a large summer pool and year-round hot tub just out the front door!'

THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All SkyRun Vail properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Remainder due 30 days prior to arrival. PRICING: The rates above do not include 9.8% CO. and local sales taxes, a 5.9% booking fee, and a $59 accidental damage waiver and any applicable cleaning charges which vary by property. These will all be added to your reservation.

The unit will be clean when you arrive and cleaned after you leave however, you are responsible for cleaning during your stay. A mid-week clean is available for an extra charge during your stay.
