Situated in Wellington, FL - Home is in the Winter Equestrian Capital of the World, our backyard overlooks the International Polo Club. A trotting path where you may see horses and riders enjoy the beautiful trails. Only 3-5 minute drive to the Polo, dressage, and jumping grounds, a 20-30 minute drive to the beach. The Clubhouse has an amazing health club, lounge room with TV, card table and internet access. Tennis courts & playground for kids. Very family oriented and pet friendly. 5-10 drive to Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Fresh Market, Walmart, Publix, Target, Wellington Mall, movie theaters, fabulous restaurants, shops, etc. Must pass HOA background check, $200 nonrefundable application fee. There is a REFUNDABLE fee of $2000 for any damages. It may

take up to 2-4 weeks to process application and approval. Minimum of 2-3 months rental.
