It comes with two bedrooms made up of a double with an en-suite and a twin, there is also a family bathroom, the property can sleep four people. Also inside you will find an open-plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove. To the outside there is plenty of off road parking and a shared lawn garden. Pear Tree Cottage is a warming cottage in a fabulous Yorkshire location.
Amenities: Eco biomass underfloor heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off-road parking for 1 car. Region: The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.
Town: A village packed with history and culture, based in the countryside just outside of York. Dunnington won the 2014 Britain in Bloom competition for small villages. The village has shops and pubs as well as a Fabric Gallery and a library. York sits 5 miles away, it has much to offer with stunning buildings and amazing history.
