2BR + Loft / 2BA - K, K, 2S in loft - Wow! You might be tempted to spend your vacation on the screen porch ~ the views! You have an outstanding view of the Plantation Golf Course, along with Big Bay Creek views and the shade of a large oak. Easy access to the walking gate out to the marina and an easy bike ride to the beach or to just cruise around the beach. The resort's Marsh Point and Village swimming pools are also near by (requires a Recreation Pass-fee). As you enter the villa you are greeted by the large inviting great room (living, dining, kitchen). You will find a sliding glass door from both the living room and master bedroom to the screen porch with great views. Off the living area is a short hallway with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The loft bedroom overlooks the great room. The master bedroom also has lagoon and screen porch views. Bed and Bath linens and Departure Cleaning are included. No motorcycles / trailers / RVs / Boats / Golf Carts allowed in resort. No Elevator Access. No Smoking No Pets, Rents for full weeks only year round
Summerwind #778 is the on the left side of a duplex and #779 is on the right. Both villas are on the Edisto Realty rental program - invite your friends and family to join you on vacation and they can stay right next door.
Ocean Ridge is a 300-acre golf/recreation resort located on the southern end of Edisto Beach. Recreation amenities (3 pools, workout room, Beach Cabana (restrooms, showers), bike rentals, water sports, video rentals) are available to all resort guests for a Amenities Fee. Ocean Ridge Beach Cabana is located in the 2000 block of Palmetto-look for blue mail box- with parking allowed on Palmetto Blvd. Also every cross street has a beach access point with parking on the street.
