Description

Seeking short-term lease (at least one month required) for Tyron Equestrian guests. 34.8 miles from Equestrian Center on Moss Lake—only condos on 55 mile lake. Available summer 2018 through October 2018.

Beautiful two bedroom, two bath condo lake front. Condo overlooks lake. Sofa in living room comfortably sleeps one. Two twin air mattresses also available for extra guests beyond the king bed, full bed, and sofa bed. Boat slip and trailer area available. Swimming area designated. All working appliances available except dryer and willing to add dryer if needed. Second level condo with no condo above (decreased noise) and on end, so, no condo on left parking side (lovely lake view on side). Working fireplace with wood available. Two designated parking slips with close visitor parking available. TV with amazon prime access. Fully furnished and recently updated.
