A spacious, semi-detached house set in the town of Criccieth in North Wales, it can sleep eight people in four bedrooms.The Beach House is a semi-detached cottage located in the North Wales town of Criccieth. It has four bedrooms, consisting of a family room with 'quad pod' bunk beds, a super king-size with an en-suite, and two double rooms, as well as a family shower room, the property can sleep eight people. Also inside there is a kitchen, a living/dining room with a woodburning stove, a conservatory and a cloakroom. The Beach House is an excellently furnished house in an idyllic coast location.
Amenities: Gas central heating, electric underfloor heating and woodburning stove. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 3 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Stairgate, travel cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for 5 cars. Lockable storage. Rear enclosed garden with lawn and raised patio with furniture, BBQ and hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 10 minute walk, pub 2 minute walk.
The property is located in a quiet residential area, so please note that
usage of the hot tub is not permitted after 11pm

Town: Described as the 'Pearl of Wales on the shores of Snowdonia, ths seaside town is 5 miles from Porthmadog. The 13th century castle is on a rocky outcrop, offering views of Tremadog Bay and the Snowdonia mountains. Watersports enthusiasts have two beaches, whilst walkers and cyclists have the Snowdonia National Park. Relax in the various pubs, restaurants and tea rooms here at Criccieth. Further afield, Portmeirions gardens, the Ffestiniog railway in Porthmadog, Harlech Castle, Caernarfon Castle and the beaches and golf courses of the Llyn Peninsula are all within an easy drive.
