Built in 1882, Cooper Homestead is the only original Canaan Valley cabin still standing. And now it is available for you to rent! Renovated just enough to offer a full kitchen, laundry center and yes-inside plumbing, the homestead sits on 10 acres of super scenery and spectacular views. Enjoy some porch time. Prepare your favorite meal. Take in the views and witness true tranquility. Visit and imagine this pristine property filled with a large hard-working family. You can feel the history and find the modern as you experience this one of a kind lodging opportunity. The homestead is most comfortable for a couple or a couple with one or two children. Your well behaved dog is welcome with a small pet fee.
