Response from the manager We're sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your recent stay at Tynddol Barn. We are surprised by your comments as we normally receive exemplary feedback for this property from our customers. Though we appreciate that you experienced issues during your stay it should be noted that the problem you experienced with the flies was not caused by a problem with the accommodation. Due to the rural location and humid weather there was an increase in insects, which are generally attracted by the livestock in the surrounding area. As we're sure you will appreciate this is completely out of the property owner's control. We would like to assure you and any future guests that there was no attempt on behalf of the property owners to intimidate you and the rest of your party. It is completely necessary for the owners to attend to the hot tub to check the chemical levels meet the specifications outlined by the manufacturer. In addition there are also a number of seasonal plants that required attention. Kind Regards, The Customer Relations Team
