Description

No 2 Monkbar Mews is a newly renovated duplex apartment tastefully furnished and decorated throughout. To the ground floor there is a open plan living/dining and kitchen area, along with a double bedroom with a super king size bed and a single bedroom with a single bed and storage facilities. On this florr is a bathroom with a shower over the bath. To the second level is a further 2 bedrooms both super king size beds and ensuite shower rooms. All the double bedrooms have wall mounted TVs. Parking is available for £10 per night in the onsite car park.

Response from the owner Dear Kayleigh, I'm sorry you found the apartment too warm during the recent heatwave. We received a message saying that you wanted a full refund because there was no air conditioning at the apartment. We did not receive this message until after 4pm on your day of arrival, at which time you would not receive a refund from any accommodation provider under these circumstances. We do not advertise air conditioning so we were a little bit confused as to why you were demanding a refund because there wasn't any? Yours sincerely, City Apartments

Lovely apartments, well equipped and very comfortable. Located in the centre of York. 2 mins walk from shops so no need to use car. Sainsburys store 1 min walk. Highly recommend.

How do damage deposits work?
