Loue studio de 30 m2 pour 4 personnes à Narbonne plage. Au 2eme étage d'une petite résidence privée de 5 logements. Idéalement situé, il est à 150 m du front de mer et des animations d'été et en face de la grande avenue commerçante. La plage et les commerces à vos pieds! (boulangerie, alimentation, poste, laverie automatique, tabac, restaurant et l’office du tourisme...).
Il est composé de:
- Balcon avec store banne et possibilité de manger à 4
• Une grande pièce à vivre avec télévision écran plat, table + chaises, bahut de rangement,
1 clics clac de 130/190 et 1 lit 140/190.
• Un coin cuisine avec lave vaisselle, mini four, micro onde, réfrigérateur congélateur, cafetière, plaque vitrocéramique 2 feux et d’un grille pain. vaisselle fournis.
• Une salle de bain avec douche et WC +meuble vasque, sèche cheveux, sèche serviette
• fer à repasser + table d’appoint pour votre repassage, étendoir a linge

Une place de parking privé.
La station est animée tout l'été, Fête foraine, Rosalie, marché, concert et plusieurs activités toutes la saison, place principale à 150m de l'appartement.
