La Palmeraie Resort Villa is the newest and most luxurious oceanfront property in Harbour Island. The 11,000 sf² (1022 m²) villa is located on the beach with 140 feet (40 meter) of water frontage which provides breathtaking views of the emerald transparent Bahamian waters.
La Palmeraie vacation villa offers the privacy of an exclusive villa combined with the luxury, comfort and service of a 5-star resort. The long list of amenities will satisfy even the most discriminating guest and VIPs and Jet-setters will appreciate the privacy.
La Palmeraie has a modern minimalist design with an island-Asian flare. Oversized windows highlight the wonderful views of the beach from nearly every room.
The house is equipped with Wi-Fi internet access, a backup generator, and to improve the quality of water we have installed a water filtration system throughout the house. All bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TVs, refrigerators, security safes, and Sonos surround sound speakers that can be played right from your cell phone, tablet or computer.
The house is rented with a two cleaning ladies that come everyday from 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Saturday and from 2 pm to 5 pm on Sundays. Additional staff is available if requested in advance. Moreover, a generator is available in case of breakdown of electricity.
This magnificent 9 bedroom, 8.5 bathroom villa sleeps 18 people and has 3 levels.
The ground floor has a 2 bedroom apartment with one bathroom, a kitchen and a living room. There are two additional bedrooms which both have insuite bathrooms.
The 400 sf² (37 m2) movie theater equipped with electrical sofa recliners will enchant guests.
The fitness center is 300 sf² (28 m2) is equipped with cardio equipment and free weights. Our spa, a massage room, sauna, steam room, and a large shower.
The first floor large open living room facing the ocean. On the left side there is a bar and three sofas are overlooking the patio, pool and the superb ocean. On the right side there is a TV and fireplace and a library area equipped with two desks. The warm wooden cathedral ceiling is one of the greatest assets of this room. The audio system is equipped with incredible Martin Logan speakers that can be controlled with any cell phone or tablet.
The living room is equipped with a large wooden dining table that seats 12 people.
The left side leads to three bedrooms which have their own in-suite bathrooms. The bedroom on the east side is a large master suite with breathtaking views of the beach. Its spacious bathroom is equipped with a tub and shower.
The two bedrooms on the west end face the front of the house and have private balconies.
To the right of the living room is an over-sized modern kitchen with an inside dining area and an outside dining area. The kitchen has top of the line appliances including Subzero refrigerators, Miele appliances and a Viking range.
There is also the second master suite which overlooks the ocean. It has an insuite bathroom with a bathtub and shower.
The master bedroom and living area is located on the third floor and is accessible by the by the floating stairs in the living room. This floor has a large office equipped with a stylish desk, printer and fax.
The master bedroom has a wooden cathedral ceiling and spectacular direct ocean views. The bathroom is modern and features a standalone tub and an incredible shower overlooking the Bahamian waters. The oversize walk-in closets offer enough space to be extremely comfortable during your stay.
The house is equipped with 12 flat screen smart TVs which are located in each bedroom, the main living room, the business office, the gym, and in the 2nd living room in the downstairs apartment. Each TV has been setup with Netflix giving our guests free access to thousands of movies and TV shows. Cable channels are only available on 4 televisions including the TV in the main living room, the master suite, and bedrooms 1 & 2 located next to the pool.
The pool deck is equipped with Brazilian teak wood and superb stones around the pool. The 70 feet (21 meters) long pool is heated for your comfort. Our pool deck is equipped with lounge chairs, chairs tables, and large umbrellas.
The 10 person Jacuzzi is always ready to host our guests. Last but not least our Gazebo tiki hut is equipped with a full outdoor kitchen, stainless steel barbecue, a refrigerator, and a large outdoor dining table. There are stairs that lead down the sand dune to the beach where you will find a cabana with refrigerator, beach towels and lounge chairs, and umbrellas.

If La Palmeraie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
