This ground floor apartment is located on The Bay holiday village, close to the seaside resort of Filey near Scarborough and can sleep two people in one bedroom.Rosie's Retreat is a ground floor apartment situated on The Bay holiday village, close to the seaside resort of Filey in Yorkshire. Hosting one double bedroom and a bathroom, this property can sleep up to two people. Inside you will also find an open-plan sitting, kitchen and dining area. To the outside is off road parking. Located in a lovely area with plenty to explore in and around the area, Rosie's Retreat is a delightful cottage in a peaceful part of England.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV with Netflix and Sky Signature, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and 1 Kitchen and toilet Roll inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Welcome pack included. Note: Use of communal heated indoor swimming pool,Children's pool, sauna and steam room inc. in the rental price. Additional facilities and activities, including the gym, archery, tennis and cycle hire are available at additional cost, payable on-site. Note: Lakes on-site, children to be supervised at all times. Note: Once capacity is reached in the pool it will be admission on a one in one out basis

Town: The seaside town of Filey offers a good old fashioned English seaside holiday. It features Filey Bay, which is a lovely, long sandy beach and Filey Brigg to the north with shallow rock pools. There are interesting shops, a coble landing, two promenades, pony rides and childrens play areas, while within easy driving distance are Scarborough and Bridlington.
