San Trovaso Terrace is a newly listed apartment with stunning views, found in the most exclusive place in Venice (the area is rich in cultural attractions, affordable bars and restaurants serving Venetian specialties, nice art galleries and local artisan shops). Located at the second floor of a Venetian Palazzetto (literally small Palazzo), this apartment has been newly renovated by the best artisans in town respecting the building's original structure.
Beautifully furnished with designer furniture, it is composed of entrance room, living-dining room (for 5 persons) with spacious, bright and well-equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and terrace. The largest bedroom has a king size bed, the second smaller bedroom can be prepared either as double (king size bed) or two single beds.
The amenities of this home include high quality bed linens and towels for each guest, air conditioning, , Wi-Fi internet connection, smart TV, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, kettle, etc. There is a Nespresso coffee maker at the apartment.
