Description

Ca' Mavasia is a beautiful and elegant house with private garden, right in the district of San Marco but away from the tourist flows; it is located in one of the most exclusive areas of this district, behind the elegant Campo Santo Stefano with its beautiful bars and restaurants.

I should I put it? A secret place, hidden in a small square but in the center of this amazing city.

The house, which can comfortably accommodate five people, is on two levels: on the ground floor there are the fully equipped kitchen, the living room overlooking the garden where you can have your breakfast or an aperitif or, even, your dinner and why not, take your relax, and one of the two bathrooms (with shower); the second floor is reserved for the sleeping area with the master bedroom, a double bedroom, a single bedroom with a delightful studio and a bathroom with bathtub.

The excellent location is perfect for visiting the city because, without having to take means of public transport, you can easily reach by walk the most interesting sites such Piazza San Marco, Palazzo Ducale, Palazzo Grassi, the Accademia Galleries with its precious treasures, the Rialto Bridge, the interesting Palazzo Fortuny but, obviously, without forgetting to take a walk in the enchanting tiny streets that always reserve amazing surprises.

The cozy atmosphere of this house will enchant you and you will fall in love with this lovely place.

In short, the perfect place to fully experience Venice.

A few steps away is the Santa Maria del Giglio boat stop, the perfect arrival point whether you are traveling by plane, train or by car.

Nearby there is a well-stocked supermarket, the pharmacy, excellent restaurants, which I will be happy to suggest you if you want, coffe shops and shops. WiFi, air conditioning / heating, all linen are provided.

Please, before proceeding with your reservation, read carefully the following rules:

since the Venice Council has introduced the tourist tax for all visitors, please note that at your arrival, I must ask you for euros 4,00 in cash each person per each night of your stay (for a maximum of five nights).

Unfortunately, if I add this tax to the final rate, you will have to pay also the percentage for the Channel services, so, I think it is more correct to ask for city tax at your arrival in cash, without additional costs

Since there is not concierge service for tourist apartment, it would be very much appreciated your arrival between 1pm and 7:30 pm. Late check-in is also possible (not later than 10:30pm) but with the extra charge of euros 50 to pay cash at your arrival. Check-out is at 10,00 am with the possibility to store your luggage until your departure in one of the new storage shops called Vaise

I know that Channel makes accurately verifications on your profile, but the Italian Law (as in many other Countries) requires the identification for all guests visiting Italy.

For this reason, at your arrival I have to ask for your documents details (like in the hotels and B&B)
