Description

Crescent Bar River Front Community in Crescent Bay Resort located in Quincy Washington. This home features 2450 sq ft, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with room to sleep up to 8.

The home sits on a private lot on a dead end street with a stream on one side and the main Columbia river out front ready for your enjoyment.

The kitchen has granite counters, designer finishes and is furnished with all you will need for your vacation stay. The living room houses a flat screen for your evening entertainment and large area to lounge about.

On the back patio there is a BBQ ready for your handy work.

Master bedroom is on the main the floor and hosts a King bed with an attached 5 piece bath.

Main guest room is located on the second floor and hosts a queen bed with stunning views of the Columbia river.

Third bedroom is also located on the second floor and hosts, a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and single on top. There is also an additional queen bed in this room.

To make your stay as convenient as possible there are stacked washer and dyer in the laundry room located on the first floor.

This home is perfect if you'd like to go boating on the river, lay by the pool in the neighborhood, visit the gym, try any of the 3 restaurants in the Crescent Bar area, play 9-18 holes of golf, wine taste at any of the local wineries or just

relax and enjoy the sun.

Hot Tub - Open March to October and then some holiday weekends during the winter. Please inquire if you wish to use the hot tub during off months.

From Seattle - Crescent Bar is a quick 2 1/2 hour drive located 150-170 miles east of Bellevue, Seattle and Everett. Two Highways will get you there. Interstate 90 and US HWY 2. A commercial Air Port, Train and Bus stations are all available in Wenatchee. Approximately 23 miles from Crescent Bar.
