Welcome. Art Hotels are all the rage now and we have created one just because of who we are – meaning that we are both artists and that we have included our original art - paintings, photographs, sculpture and art furniture - in the space we offer for short-term rental.
• Our Newly Renovated, Prime Location, Loft-Style Apartment is in the Heart of the Downtown Roanoke scene. It is NOT a generic condo in an apartment building. We built it as a Well Designed, Urban Getaway with a private Bedroom and an Open Plan Living / Dining / Kitchenette. It is a Modern, Spacious, and Comfortable, Private Apartment, with 15 foot Ceilings and Artistic Character, on the Ground Floor of our Historic 1906 Building. Since the Space is in the center of our building it does not have windows, however there are French Doors that open to my art studio that is filled with light, and a door to the art lobby that is also filled with light. The Apartment is very ambient with lots of lighting sources and mirrors.
• This is a Great space for Business & Vacation Travelers • You can Walk to restaurants, bars, museums, parks, outdoor activities and cultural events. Or if you prefer you can just hang out in the apartment and watch Netflix on Apple TV.
• While it is an independent self-sufficient space - we are only a text away. Check in is with a lock box and information will be sent about a week prior to your arrival. Our Art Gallery, which is open by appointment, is located next to the apartment so if you want to see more Art it can be arranged easily.
• We pamper our guests with 100% linen bedding and comfy down in the Winter, fluffy towels and organic products, memory foam mattress and 100% linen sheets. The Private, Peaceful Bedroom has an Inviting and Restful Queen Bed, Great Lighting for reading in Bed and a view of the TV. • The Living Room is a comfortable lounge area with a Flat screen TV which has local channels and Netflix. There are two comfy couches in the Living Room one of which is a very comfortable Queen Sofa Bed. The kitchenette has a Stainless Steel worktable, Counter Top Toaster Oven, Counter Top Large Single Burner Hot Plate, Microwave, Under Counter Refrigerator, Electric Tea Kettle & Electric Coffee Maker. The Bath is in Two Separate Rooms - 1st is Shower Room with a large mirror (and great water pressure) & 2nd is Toilet Room with a Hand Sink and a large mirror.

“Such a unique place to stay!”
We loved our time in Suzun's place. It was comfortable, had all the necessities and so convenient to so many restaurants. Apartment is full of great art and the bed is comfortable.
