Yellowfish 110 is a ground-floor studio condo in the beautiful gated community of Lawson Rock. This is the perfect spot to stay as a solo traveler or a couple looking for a quiet space with all the outdoor fun and amenities of a resort community.

Lawson Rock is ideally located in Sandy Bay, just a 10-minute drive from the international airport and grocery stores in Coxen Hole. A 10-minute drive in the other direction brings you to the heart of West End Village, popular for its restaurants and nightlife.

The community offers plenty of amenities for its residents. Enjoy walking along one of Roatan's longest beaches, which is groomed regularly for your comfort.

You can also enjoy walking along the paved walkways through our beautiful tropical gardens. There are 3 community pools, an on-site gym, restaurant, and concierge service all at your disposal.

A 2-story sunset dock is the perfect spot to head in the evening to enjoy spectacular views – and maybe meet a few neighbors!

Snorkeling just off the marina dock is fantastic, or take out the complimentary kayaks to the world's second-largest barrier reef to snorkel just offshore.

With 24-hour on-site security and a private parking area, you can rest easy and know your rental vehicle is perfectly safe should you choose to rent one during your stay.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
