Built in 1938, this newly renovated 3 acres estate was once apart of The Rock Sound Club Estates built by The Great Arthur Wynden Davis (Real estate pioneer). Later, sold to Juan Terry Trippe who was an American commercial aviation pioneer, entrepreneur and the founder of Pan American World Airways, one of the iconic airlines of the 20th century. This historical house is one of Rock Sounds pride and joy. Tucked away where numerous birds has made it a sanctuary and native vegetation has come to life.

Tara Estates is only five (5) minutes from the Rock Sound Airport and Supermarkets and seven (7) miles from the oasis of the Beaches. A 19' Carolina Skiff and 25' Contender awaits you for hire for a day on the waters for light tackle fishing, snorkeling, deep sea fishing just to name a few. Private chef, housekeeping and concierge services are available upon request.

Enjoy our 420 sq. ft. swimming pool and the outdoor patio while under the diamond sparkling skies as you enjoy the sounds of the fire pit or a grill n chill with family and friends.

“An Oasis tucked away!”

Wonderful day out on the boat with Captian Lewless and a romantic evening dining by the fire pit. Our Catch & Cook experience was amazing. Can't wait for our next trip next year!

How do damage deposits work?
