Historic building fully renovated in 2013. The interior of the apartment has been tastefully decorated to match the style of the time, but with all the modern conveniences. Beautiful backyard with a large 36' heated pool (April 15 - October15)

parking on the property plus unmetered street parking, full bath, and washer/dryer is just some of what it has to offer. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to try out some local ingredients.

A large 36f heated (April to October)

Located in the heart of historic Lincolnville, attractions, shopping and restaurants are plenty full within a short walking distance. The area has a festive atmosphere all year long and especially at holiday time.

As you relax on the porch, maybe on Sundays enjoying the gospel music from the oldest Church in Lincolnville, you will feel that history comes alive when you stay at this house.

Should you choose to wander the tree lined streets of the historic district, to enjoy the fresh sea breeze along the bay front or to discover the shops of St. George street, your options for an afternoon stroll are endless. If your feet tire, trolleys, taxis and pedicabs are always nearby to carry you home.

Wonderful sandy beaches are only 5 miles away and options for rental of kayaks, paddle boards, small sailboats or jet ski's are nearby.
