Not only does this condo have a private veranda with a breath-taking, PANORAMIC VIEW of the ocean, it is also the perfect distance to restaurants, bars, tour operator and a grocery store. Plus, it comes with COMPLIMENTARY TOYS galore (pool volleyball, horseshoes, bicycles, kayaks, dart board, etc.) that will GUARANTEE FUN IN THE SUN for you and your crew!

THE RESORT:

Rest and relax with us at Sunset Beach Resort on the island of Ambergris Caye, Belize. Sunset Beach is a small, 12 condo complex perfectly located next to bars, restaurants, grocery shopping and tour operators, just 2.5 miles/4 km south of San Pedro Town. Our location is considered perfect since we are close enough to town to get there quickly without having to pay $5 to pass each way on a toll bridge like the north side of the island, but it is also far enough to avoid unwanted beach traffic and noise. At Sunset Beach , you'll enjoy a gorgeous, unobstructed view of the world's 2nd largest Barrier Reef, 200 feet of sandy beach, refreshing pool, 300 ft pier with a covered palapa swim platform, complimentary bikes, complimentary kayaks, complimentary beach toys and more! We manage all the vacation rentals at Sunset Beach Resort (also known as Sunset Condos in Belize) where we have one, two and three bedroom condos. If you need multiple condos for a large group, we have you covered! Our smaller condos sleep 4 guests and our larger condos sleep 8 guests.

OUR STAFF:

We work as a team at Sunset Beach. Our reservations staff will help you efficiently get to the island and provide all the information you need to have a successful vacation. We will personally book your golf cart, arrange delivery of your golf cart, book your charter flights, arrange your arrival cab ride, arrange departing cab ride, arrange your golf cart pick-up and provide valuable tips for your trip. When you arrive on the island, we will send our preferred cab driver, Manolo Contreras, to retrieve you. We've been working with Manolo for several years and he will notify the staff you are on your way to make sure the key will be ready for you. Our live-in caretaker, Chapin Garcia, will greet you on arrival and let you into your condo, give you your keys and will be available to answer any questions or address any problems with the facilities during your stay. The day after you arrive, we will send our island concierge, Rosa LaRosa, to visit you in your condo to fill out the tourism paperwork, schedule any tours you want to take and answer any additional questions. You may also walk into the Suya Tour office located behind building C and schedule tours (diving/fishing/snorkeling/mainland tours). During your stay, our housekeeper, Janet, will make sure your condo is spotless upon arrival and well stocked with all the linens you need during your stay.

Getting around

Everyone rents a golf cart. I highly recommend one and personally would not go without one. It adds adventure to your trip. I can arrange a rental and have it conveniently delivered after you arrive.

My name is Deborah Neisius and I have a long history and proven track record with Belize rentals. I am also a local airline agent and golf cart agent. My family has owned property in Belize for over 22 years and I've been successfully renting condos in Belize for over 20 years. I manage all the rentals at Sunset Beach. I will personally organize the upfront details of your vacation including scheduling your puddle jumper flight in addition to ordering your golf cart and having it delivered directly to your condo shortly after you arrive. I also arrange my preferred cab driver to pick you up and help you stop at the best stores on your way to the condo to get necessary supplies (water, food and Belikin Beer of course!).
