Our number 1 question is about groceries - YES your Private Chef is with groceries included FREE! You can select your groceries with our helpful chef or manager and we pay the grocery bill for you. Experience true Caribbean Beach Front living right on the world's biggest Living Coral Reef with large beautifully landscaped private fenced yard, large private whole house, tropical coconut trees, stunning flowers, garden and endless white sand beach. 30 feet from the water and your private dock with new huge gazebo called Palapa in Belize big enough for events or weddings!

The large Master bedroom has a new luxury queen bed plus ensuite bath room with bath tub and shower. Second huge bedroom has a new bunk bed - twin on top double on bottom plus another twin bed. Plus a brand new queen size fold out sofa bed plus a second large bathroom with shower.

Private dock and 2 double seat kayaks included FREE.

Our staff will pick you up at the San Pedro airport and transport you to the beach house FREE with minimum 4 nights, as well as help you arrange your island and mainland adventures if you desire. Use of tour boat and captain available - charges based upon use.

Use of adult snorkel gear and fins is included FREE! Please bring children's snorkel gear that fits properly. Conveniently situated on the Coastal Xpress water taxi route.

Most guests rent a golf cart to go where you want when you want!

Convenient on site golf cart available for rent at $49 USD per day. Best rate guaranteed! Daily golf cart rental is $79 USD per day.

The Escape Away Beach House is located 8 miles north of San Pedro between La Beliza Beach Resort and Sapphire Beach Resort. The new road provides taxi access from town.
