Description

Seahaven is a family home filled with great memories and good times. Located in Santa Cruz just at the border of Capitola. Walking distance to Pleasure Point you can watch surfers brave the waves!

Often you will see Sea Lions, Sea Otters, Dolphins, and sometimes Whales! Also walking distance to the pet friendly 26th Ave Beach where you can also have fires on the beach! It is a great place for a relaxing getaway, a fun-filled family vacation, a romantic getaway, or a time away with good friends!

The home features 4 bedrooms with 3 Kings, 1 Queen, and 2 bunk beds (4 twin beds). It has a large, equipped kitchen, 2 full baths (one with a tub), and a private backyard with a gas grill, fire pit and a hot tub! While we can accommodate many people, our license with Santa Cruz County allows for 8 adults max occupancy (children under 12 are not included in the max occupancy).

Santa Cruz County offers great attractions, restaurants to fit everyone's tastes, and a full calendar of events and year-round activities that make Seahaven perfect place to stay for a visit any time of year. In addition to a full calendar of county wide events, you will enjoy an active arts, music and theater scene, beautiful beaches and parks, wine tasting, sailing trips, adventure outings, biking, roller coasters, and more.

Enjoy some of Santa Cruz's attractions such as the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, Boardwalk Bowl, Redwood Canopy Tours, The Mystery Spot, Downtown Capitola and Downtown Santa Cruz, Piers at both Santa Cruz and Capitola, and the family fun at Roaring Camp Railroad.

Santa Cruz also has amazing wineries featuring exceptional award winning wines. It only takes a day to fully enjoy the Wine Trail or you can plan a few weekends to experience all that each winery has to offer.

Getting around

You can easily drive from place to place. However you can easily walk to Capitola (about 45 minute walk one way), walk to restaurants and shopping on 41st Avenue. Biking is a great way to get around too.
