Our home sits on a light-filled peninsula along the gorgeous ocean bluffs and has the sought after canyon rim location and views. Located in one of the best areas of pacific palisades because the neighborhood is quiet, flat and within walking distance to beach, hiking trails and our vibrant village where you can enjoy fine restaurants, shops, two supermarkets, and, on Sunday morning, the farmer's market booths setup in the village with amazing fresh breads, and vegetables produced locally. Quiet and friendly neighborhood full of entertainment industry executives.

Also, we are minutes away from Santa Monica and Malibu. Enjoy 27 miles of gorgeous beaches! Easy access to Hollywood and downtown Los Angeles.

Large private patio with gorgeous long views, lovely seating and dining areas. Long canyon views and three houses back from ocean bluffs.

House has a quality country cottage European feel with quality finishes. Upstairs bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and are fully tiled with marble and each has a double shower. The bedrooms have a cathedral ceilings of 15 feet (4.5m) allowing great air flow and comfort. Kitchen has a well equipped kitchen for cooking and entertaining. French doors open to private backyard with amazing canyon and ocean views deck and Barbeque area.

Sun filled living room and dining room open to large private patio with outdoor seating. Enjoy canyon and ocean view and breezes from this stunning spot. Ocean views from front porch as well.

Den with large flat screen TV and BlueRay player and cable channels. Comfortable Sofa in TV Den fits a whole family.

Three bathrooms with separate showers and tub in third bedroom. Quality finishes throughout.

Three comfortable bedrooms. Two have King size beds, with en suite bathrooms and own showers. Third bedroom is a twin with a trundle twin bed

House is immaculate, fresh and comfortable. A great place to hang out while visiting Southern California.
