Description

4 Rhodewood House is an apartment in a modern courtyard complex set just a few minutes walk from the heart of the popular harbour village of Saundersfoot, with a nice selection of pubs, cafes and restaurants to choose from, as well as glorious sandy beaches.

Finished to a high standard with wooden floors and contemporary furnishings. The open plan living space has a modern, stylish fitted kitchen with a small table and four chairs and comfortable leather sofas, with a bay window making the room lovely and light.

Two bedrooms, one with twin beds and the master bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite with shower and WC. The main bathroom has a sizeable bath with an overhead shower facility and WC.

The flat is ideally based to explore the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and some of the most spectacular beaches in the UK such as Barafundle, Broad Haven, Manorbier, Skrinkle and Swanlake Bay. It is also a short drive from local beauty spots such as Stackpole Quay, with its superb tea room, the famous Lily ponds at Bosherston and National Trust woodland.

“4 Rhodewood House”

4 Rhodewood House is one of the best places we have stayed. A teal home from home. There is a bathromm and an en suite, which is always handy. It is spotlessly clean (thanks to Angela!). There are so many utensils - you could easily cook a banquet! We were luckily enough to meet Ray and Angela, as we arrived early. They were so kind and hospitable and nothing was too much trouble. Delightful accommodation and wonderful people. Would definately recommend!

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful and modern apartment. Very good location and in walking distance to Saundersfoot shops, restaurants and beach. Just 3 miles from gorgeous Tenby. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Thank you Ray and Angela for our recent stay in your lovely apartment! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we were so well catered for. It was spotlessly clean and beautifully and thoughtfully furnished and appointed. You provided everything and more that anyone would need for a truly relaxing stay in your beautiful property. It really was a home from home. We were so touched by the thoughtful extras in your welcome pack too! The apartment is perfectly located just a 5 minute walk from picturesqe Saundersfoot village, where there are many interesting shops, restaurants and cafes, and there are so many lovely walks in the surrounding area. A fabulous base for exploring the stunning Pembrokeshire countryside. We will definately return for another visit soon. A truly 5* gem of a property! Thank you!

“Modern apartment - Ideal location”

Just back from an eight night stay at this accommodation, which we really enjoyed. Prior to our visit the owner was very prompt in answering the questions I had and there was a bottle of wine in the fridge when we arrived (thank you so much Ray - it was my favourite). We found the apartment clean and fresh with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen area is modern and well equipped and the lounge area has big comfy leather furniture and a large flat screen TV. Although the front of the property is on a main road we never found a problem with traffic noise as it is fairly quiet in the evening time and the bedrooms are at the back of the house and there was never any noise from other occupants/visitors. There is a designated parking space right outside the door which was great for us as we prefer to walk down to the village which is only 5 minutes away (slightly longer back up the hill). The location of the property is ideal both for Saundersfoot village and nearby Tenby which is only about 5 minutes drive away. There is also a good bus service to many other lovely places in the surrounding area. We were really lucky with the weather so was able to enjoy lots of fabulous walks along the coastal path which you can pick up down the lane just across from the property. You can also access the far side of the beach from here too. We love Saundersfoot and the surrounding area and would certainly look to stay at this accommodation again when we return, which hopefully will be soon. Thanks again Ray

How do damage deposits work?
