Lovely flat by the seaside with private garage.

Sleeps 2 Adults + 2 Children.

Private Garage (quite narrow, however I could just fit my old people mover in it).

This flat is ideally suited for a couple, however the sofa in the sitting room can be folded out to provide 2 additional single beds suitable for children.

Situated in an enviable position on the north bay cliff top area of Scarborough, short stroll will bring you to numerous shops, pubs and really good restaurants. A 10 minute walk will take you into the heart of Scarborough where you can enjoy a taste of a true British holiday beside the sea, complete with miles of golden sands, well maintained amusement arcades, traditional gift shops and harbourside stalls selling locally made rock candy and fresh shellfish. Scarborough's harbour area and piers are where to head, for fishing trips and boat trips and to view the famous 1930s lighthouse. There are numerous activities in Scarborough for all ages including swimming, golfing, fishing, indoor go-karting, bowling and cinemas and lots more. Travelling slightly further, you can appreciate the beautiful North York Moor National Park areas and Dalby Forest is a great place to visit for outdoor enthusiasts, with some excellent pathways and cycle tracks and the famous Go Ape assault course that the kids will love.

Ground floor flat in Victorian townhouse. Recently renovated and decorated in a simple but stylish manor. The property consists of Master bedroom, Sitting Room and Kitchen / Diner & two small bathrooms with a Shower and toilet in each.

The kitchen & diner is outfitted with a 2 burner electric hob, a combined Microwave convection oven, integrated fridge freeze, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, and a kitchen table large enough for 4 people.

The sitting room contains a L shaped faux leather sofa which seats 3 people and also folds out into two single beds suitable for children, a wall mounted TV and DVD player.

Quality linen and towels are provided with the rental as well as small basics such as handsoap, and dishwasher tablets. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure.

Highchair and travel cot are also provided.

Everything you need for a lovely escape for 2 people, or a budget holiday for a young family.

“Gorgeous, romantic, boutique apartment on the doorstep of the seafront”

My fiance and I booked Micah's apartment a few months ago as we'd been meaning to visit Scarborough for years but hadn't gotten round to it. I'd thought it looked nice from the pictures but they don't do it justice! Specifically, the bedroom was so romantic and opulent without being girly so appealed to us both. There were lovely old fashioned style heaters in the two main rooms and two single electric blankets on the bed. Coming in from a blustery sea breeze we were chilly but felt so warm and cosy within minutes. The twin wet rooms also felt like luxury as we could both get ready at the same time. They were practical and looked great. The kitchen was fabulous too with everything being full sized/family sized except the cooker which had two rings. However, I can't imagine many people wanting to do much cooking! Oh the joy of loading the dishes into the dishwasher on our last morning and running it instead of hand washing the dishes in a tiny sink like I've done in many a self catering place! The full fridge freezer was great too. Having eaten two huge fish and chips in the afternoon, we were not hungry enough at teatime to stay out and eat at a restaurant so another fab touch was the selection of menus for nearby takeaways....we made use of the Chinese later on in the evening which was really tasty and quick. We really appreciated how funky and modern everything was. I had read a review about the sofas not being comfortable to sit on as they're sofa beds which was true but they were very comfortable to lie on to watch TV which we both did and nodded off before heading back into the lovely big, comfortable bed. I really can't recommend this place enough. We're pretty picky but it ticked all our boxes and we had a lovely time here. Thank you, Liz & John

“Fantastic cozy accommodation”

I stayed here with a friend, her 2 children and my dog. We had a great time. The flat is well equipped it has everything we needed and more. It is simply decorated, exceptionally clean and very spacious. Attention to detail is excellent. The rear yard was really useful for my dog. The location gives easy access for the North Bay. I will definitely be staying here again

“Super apartment in Scarborough”

The ground floor apartment is ideally situated in the North Bay area of Scarborough. Great sea views at the end of the street. Lovely warm flat-ideal for chilly February. Easy access to flat and good communication with owner. Lovely modern decoration throughout and a large well equipped kitchen. Nice sitting area. Good location for pubs and walks on the beach with our dog. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Scarborough.
