Whether you're in the mood for rest, relaxation, romance, retail, or outdoor recreation with a gorgeous red rock scenic background, this is the place for you! This two bedroom/two bath ground floor condo features an open floor plan with full kitchen and dining area, large living room with 40" flatscreen television, DVD player, dish satellite, WiFi, fireplace with authentic Hopi pictographs, wall fountain, and walk-out patio with red rock views. This unit sleeps two to four (one queen bed/one full), has private bathrooms, a washer/dryer, ceiling fans, and televisions in both bedrooms. Guests have use of two common hot tubs, swimming pool, tennis courts, gas grills, and clubhouse with games, books, ping pong, and a pool table. Close to grocery, hardware, banks, golf, and Red Box for movie rental. Minutes from Coconino National Forest: hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, ATV, jeeps and uptown Sedona are all within easy reach. An outlet mall, several restaurants,and coffee shops are all nearby. It's a two hour scenic drive to the Grand Canyon.

Guests must be quiet and respectful of neighbors. This is a quiet community with many older residents. Absolutely no parties. No food or alcohol in shared spaces: especially the pool area. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Kathy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
