At Sun Cliff, all of our attention is focused on you and your stay. We pride ourselves on curating memorable experiences for our guests. Sun Cliff is unique from other Sedona properties. While we offer many of the same services we don't charge you all of the "resort" fees. No parking fee, no resort fee, no wi-fi fee. Explore the prices and fees of Sedona's luxury resorts and you will find we average between 40-50% less per stay and the best amenity we can offer is privacy. No one walking past your bedroom window or having to share a hot tub.

There is no honor bar here, we provide non-alcoholic beverages, coffee, and snacks. Everything is restocked daily.

Sun Cliff is a one bedroom - one bath luxury casita, on 24 private fenced/gated acres with unparalleled red rock views and private Oak Creek access. 5-star amenities - 7-star service.

We are accredited and endorsed by Magnums Butler Academy International.

INCLUDED IN YOUR STAY AT SUN CLIFF - daily maid service and nightly turndown service upon request. Luxury his/her bath amenities, luxury robes for your use, slippers to use and keep. Our gift to you is two aluminum water bottles for your Sedona adventures. The casita is stocked daily with a basket of snacks, our own artesian spring bottled water, sparkling water and sodas of your choice.

Additional services are available for a fee, these include pre-arrival stocking of the refrigerator, private chef services, massage and spa service provided by A Spa for You Sedona, the top-rated spa in Sedona.

The owners live on the ranch and are your private concierge. Allow them to arrange a Sedona adventure, make dinner reservations at one of Sedona's top-rated restaurants, host your elopement, make your honeymoon memorable, or help you celebrate that special occasion. Getting around

A vehicle is necessary when you stay at Sun Cliff. Uber/Lyft is available but limited in the Sedona area. We partner with MYE Jeep for off-road rentals and with Sedona Slingshot for CanAm and SlingShot rentals if you would like a few different ways to get around the beautiful red rocks of Sedona. Sedona Trail Sports offers road bikes and trail bikes and there are many trails close by if you want to explore on foot.

Sun Cliff staffing is one to one. We are here to provide you the experience you deserve. We can be available to assist as your private concierge, assist with butler duties such as packing or unpacking, or we can give you the privacy you need. Your stay is created specifically with you in mind.

How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Kate (the owner) a message.

If Kate (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
