Description
A suite of 90m2 on top floor with outdoor SPA and modern facilities, ideal for a quiet holiday of a couple in nature. Optimally located on the center of Crete with quick access to the motorway at reasonable driving distance to all sightseeings of the island.
Grambella Spa Suite features one bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom and a combined kitchen/living room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic top cooker, oven, fridge with freezer, kettle, toaster, filter& nespresso coffee makers as well as utensils.
Comfortable dining table and chairs, while the living room includes a sofa, an armchair and a coffee table.
One 32 inch high definition satellite TV.
The Suite is air conditioned( heating, cooling) in every room.
The standard equipment also includes wi-fi internet, iron with ironing board,hairdryer, first aid kit and safe.
On the western balcony, the table with chairs is offered for your meal with an unlimited view of the olive grove, mountain and sea.
On the large north terrace you can enjoy your drink in the lounge under the pergola, relaxing while looking at the endless blue sea and admiring the wonderful sunset.
The sunbeds and the SPA will offer you moments of relaxation and exclusive privacy.
Cleaning and changing of the bed sheets take place every three or four days, without any extra cost.

Response from the owner 1) insufficient apartment; Roberto never mentioned anything, neither in general or specifically 2) loss of water from the shower tray; Roberto never mentioned anything; 3) walls with patches; ok one (1) wall has been repainted at last minute repair without perfect match in colour in order to maintain it clean and dry; Roberto never mentioned it 4) Spa noise making it non useable; never anyone before has made this sort of complaint; Roberto did not like the humming sound Of the motor never tried the spa, and we shut it off from day one. 5) kitchen stove furniture etc. not enough or old; No, completely not the case here. The suite has been completely refurbished in 2016 including a brand new stove & sink including its furniture. Roberto never mentioned any missing kitchenware. 6) The thing with whatsap, we cannot understand it, it is not a facility and Roberto never mentioned anything. We provide free wifi so communication can be achieved by e-mail, or sms or our continuous physical presence on the location. In fact we had sms from Roberto saying how they enjoyed our surprise with champagne, no reference at all to ever made to any other problems. Our daily contact plus the positive sms gave the impression that these guests were quite satisfied with their stay. A two out of five rating should be justified by events that ruin a holiday or from a great diversion of advertisement from reality, What we see here is a list of minor events most of them never mentioned in time, summing up to a difficult to understand review.
