Close to lovely Medieval Town of Sarlat in the Valley of the Dordogne & its 1001Castles & the prehistorical Valley of the Vézère, there’s a Paradise Made in Périgord 3 Guest Houses & independant. Built in our property of 70000m2 with enough space in between each accommodation to preserve the privacy of the 2 or 3 families that might stay there
LOCATION
• Our village of Simeyrols is in the Heart of the Périgord Noir at the crossroad of Red, White & Green Périgord & not that far too from the Quercy where many medieval, prehistoric & natural sites are
• Living in the middle of nowhere, we are in a very peaceful area, despite the affluence in summer in Sarlat
PROPERTY
• 2 Hamlets Built along a path 30% fenced fields 70% woodland
• 5min far from the Dordogne River
• There's a Home Sweet Home in our Main Farm at the edge of our house
• With its own entrance in the courtyard
• No neighbors 500m around, so it's the right place to listen to the silence
• Easily reachable with Motorway A20 & A89 nearby & railway station in Souillac 10min far & Airport in Brive-la-Gaillarde 30min far from home

• 10000m2 round this part of the property, fenced that has to be shared & many woods all around to preserve our tranquillity
• Many sunbath, table, outdoor sofas that has to be shared with a family staying in the small gîte & our family
• Veranda & Large Pool House with Kitchenette & Summer dinning room at disposal of all our guests & to give you a complete autonomy for your meals
